The Hawaii Convention Center is the state's largest "design-build" project ever under taken. Consisting of 1.1 million square feet, the Center is truly a reflection of the spirit of the Hawaiian Islands. Classic Hawaiian quilt patterns are reflected in the carpet design of the 36,000 square foot Ballroom. Traditional Tapa patterns are also evident in the soft stencil patterns in the ceiling and wall coverings.
