is the principal Interior Designer at ADI Design Group, with over 33 years experience in the industry, since graduating from the University of Hawaii. She specializes in residential and commercial design, throughout the Hawaiian Islands, winning accolades for work on homes in Kahala, Hawaii Loa Ridge, Waialae Iki, Hawaiki Tower , Nauru Tower, Waikiki Landmark, Canterbury Place and Hokua. Her style and eye is attuned to creating vibrant, attentive spaces for executive offices, retail, and hospitality, including and St. Germain Bakery in Ala Moana Shopping Center, Ho`ao Wedding Reception at Nauru Tower and the Ilikai Seaside Chapel. Ritsy’s dedication to her clients and design execution is sensitive, expressive, and comprehensive.

Ritsy Seta received a Bachelor of Fine Art from the University of Hawaii, and became a member of ASID in 1980. She worked for Mark Masuoka Designs, Inc. from 1981-1988, then established Ueda/Seta Associates, Inc. Ten years later, Ritsy and architect Paul Noborikawa got together to start ADI Design Group in 1998, where she currently serves as President and principal designer, specializing in luxury residential and commercial interiors.

Ritsy is very active in the community. She has served as President of the Japanese Women's Society Hawaii. She also lends support to the Kuakini Medical Foundation during their holiday fundraisers.
