has been principal and project manager for ADI Design Group for over 8 years, specializing in hospitality and commercial design. He has worked extensively throughout the Hawaiian Islands and Guam for 31 years, after receiving his degree in Architectural Design and Drafting from the New York Technical Institute. Jim has accepted numerous ASID and BIA awards for projects including Waikiki Parc Hotel, Sheraton Moana Surfrider Hotel, Colony Surf Hotel and Penthouse West, Chef Mavro, First Hawaiian Bank in Maite, and the Historic Walker Estate. Especially innovative and creative in the hospitality market, Jim contributes fresh and smart design solutions to both existing and new interior spaces. He continues to be recognized for work on resorts throughout the islands, notably, The Hawaii Convention Center, Lewers Lounge at the Halekulani Hotel, Waialae Country Club, Hilton Hawaiian Village, Hualalai Beach Club and Villas, and The Dunes at Maui Lani Golf Clubhouse. His approach to design is clean, intuitive, and versatile, achieving inspired aesthetic results.
